A: A protective over garment with sleeves that may or may not fully encase (depending on the length) a cornucopia of identity (outfit).

Q: What is its purpose?
A: To cocoon the individual from frigid and/or unpleasant weather conditions.

Q: How is it worn?
A: It is most commonly worn over the back or tossed graciously over the shoulders of a human.

Q: How does it work?
A: If utilized correctly the garment becomes a beautifully functional mode of transportation like a car or bus but with feet.
